  • Italian seasonings– A must for any good pizza dish. 
  • Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese– The cheddar cheese is mixed into the ground turkey to give it a cheesier flavor, and the mozzarella cheese is sprinkled on top to give it the authentic pizza topping vibe. 
  • Pizza sauce– Skip the carbs and make your own keto pizza sauce
  • Pizza toppings– I enjoy using bell peppers, mushrooms, and pepperoni, but use whatever you prefer!

beginning by adding your olive vegetable oil into a 12-inch frying pan and placing it over medium hotness. once hot, add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the ground joker and use a spatula to break it apart. Cook the ground turkey for 5-6 minutes, until it is no longer pink .

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean footing turkey land gripe works
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasonings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup keto pizza sauce
  • 4 small mushrooms chop
  • 1/4 cup olives slices
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add the garlic and cook for a minute. Add the ground turkey and break apart using a rubber spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until no longer pink. Stir through the Italian seasonings.

  • Remove the skillet off the heat. Stir through the cheddar cheese. Spread the pizza sauce on top, followed by the mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni. Top with the mozzarella cheese.

  • Place the skillet in the oven and bake the crustless pizza for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • Remove the skillet from the oven and slice into four portions and serve immediately.
