The kids love participating in the make of their own pizza .
This recipe is fair a pepperoni pizza due to keeping it childlike for the kids liking ’ randomness. Make sure to add your personal front-runner toppings when continue .
When making pizza on the BGE there are two key components for a successful cook .

How to setup the Big Green Egg for Pizza?

BGE - Conveggtor
Always fire up the BGE prior to making your pizza. If you make your pizza and then it sits on the pizza peel off it will stick and you will have a batch on your hands. once you have the BGE fired up, place your convEGGtor leg side down .
Some videos and methods show doing this the other direction around but in my have it is much more difficult to get the BGE up to temperature .
BGE - Grate
following, place your grill grate on the convEGGtor. This will allow airflow between the pizza stone and the convEGGtor which will help prevent the bottom of your pizza from being burned anterior to the top fudge all the room .

How to prepare the pizza for the BGE

Pizza Tiseo's Dough

Slide your pizza onto the BGE. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes and then start checking how done it is. This particular pizza took 6 minutes at about 625 degrees .
The second gear pizza we made only took 4 1/2 minutes due to the BGE getting a fiddling hot .
