Hi,

The door manage cracked and needs to be replaced.

If it is like my GE Advantium door, the other screw is behind the metallic separate of the door. You need to separate the plastic movement of the door from the metallic back separate of the door by prying the outer edges of the formative away from the metallic where the small formative tabs are holding the metallic element separate in. Once the pieces are separated, you should see the irregular screw.

Can this be done with a putty tongue. Or, is there a right direction or wrong way to “ pry ” off the formative piece ? I just had mine break and wonder if i can do this myself .

I have the same problem, same unit. Were you able to fix the door yourself without doing wrong to the unit of measurement ? If you did fix it please let me know how you got the back off the dooe to locate the screw. Thanks
