How to make white pizza sauce

Add parmesan cheese and whisk again, until the white cheese sauce ingredients are smooth and well integrated. Remove white cheese sauce from the burner and stir in the fresh chopped parsley. Use white sauce for pizza immediately or store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Sauce will appear to harden if left for long at room temperature or in the refrigerator. This is called becoming congealed – which means the ingredients like the cheese have returned to a semisolid express. It ’ s wholly convention as the cheese sauce cools .
You don ’ t have to reheat it to spread the sauce on pizza. I find using the back of a large spoon to smear the white sauce on pizza works just fine .
