 Ingredients for instant microwave khandvi

  • Gram flour – 1 cup (100 grams)
  • Curd – 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Green chilly – 2 (minced)
  • Curry leaves – 8 to 10
  • Turmeric powder – less than 1/4 tsp 
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Brown red seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 3/4 tsp or as per taste

How to Make Khandvi, Gujarati Street Food in a Microwave

position curd, gram flour and 2 cup body of water in a mixture jar and make a smooth batter ( batter can besides be prepared in a stadium, barn whisking it manually ). Place the clobber in a microwave safe stadium and add salt, turmeric powderize, asafetida and 1 tbsp oil into it. Mix well .
