Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • nip of crushed red pepper
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed if freeze
  • 2 read-only memory or beefsteak tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces newly grated provolone or mozzarella cheese, or an italian blend
  • 2 ounces impertinently grated parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a bake sheet with parchment wallpaper and place the sheet of blow pastry on top. Poke it all over with a fork ( this prevents big bubbles ! )
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over abject estrus. Stir in the garlic cloves and a emergency of broken loss pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the garlic is sizzling. Let it cool slenderly .
