Easy Crescent Roll Pizza

One of my most recent favorite shortcuts for making pizza at home is to use crescent rolls for dough!

Using crescents rolls as pizza crust makes a super soft, super yummy, kid-approved pizza that only takes fifteen minutes to bake. It’s a great crust substitute for when you don’t have time to make a traditional dough.

CAN I USE CRESCENT ROLLS FOR PIZZA DOUGH?

Yes! Crescent roll can be used as a substitute for pizza dough. Crescent rolls make a very soft, foldable crust that can be topped with all of your favorite pizza toppings.

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA WITH CRESCENT ROLLS

Crescent roll pizza is made with a can of crescent roll dough or a can of crescent roll dough that comes in sheet form. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet and pinch the seams closed. Bake the dough in a 375 degree F oven for five minutes. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and any pizza toppings you like. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, then slice and serve! See below for detailed recipe instructions.

HOW LONG TO COOK CRESCENT ROLL PIZZA

Crescent roll pizza is cooked for five minutes without toppings and then an additional ten minutes after the toppings are put on. Crescent roll pizza is baked for a total of fifteen minutes at 375 degrees F.

HOW TO REHEAT CRESCENT ROLL PIZZA

My favorite way to reheat crescent roll pizza is in a toaster oven. If you don’t have a toaster oven, the pizza can be reheated in the microwave. Cook in 30-second intervals until warm.

INGREDIENTS

1 ( 8 snow leopard ) can Crescent Roll Dough Sheet
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella tall mallow
20-30 slices pepperoni
grated parmesan cheese, for topping, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a bake tabloid with olive oil.
2. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto the baking sail. Pinch any seams or holes closed and stretch the boodle into a large rectangle. Bake the dough for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the boodle from the oven and top with the sauce, the shred tall mallow, and the pepperoni.

4. Return the pizza to the oven and continue baking for an extra 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through. top with parmesan cheese and dry oregano, if desired. Let sit for several minutes before slicing and serving.
